Meeting at the NewBrook Fire Station Community Room - Special Date!!!
We will be convening for our September General Membership & Business Meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. We have a full Agenda planned. We have Mark Hanna, President and Membership Chair of the Halifax-Whitingham Lions as a speaker. We will also hold a time of remembrance for the 911 Fallen. All women and men 18 years old can join.
We will have a informational and welcome booth at the upcoming community events: Jamaica Old Home Days and Newfane Heritage Festival. We host the Annual West River Valley Green Up Day, offer new prescription eyeglasses to those in need, provide vision testing for children attending Elementary Schools, hold drives and provide food donations for the local area food shelves, host Diabetic Awareness, and so much more!

We are celebrating the Valley Lions Club 50 years of serving the West River Valley towns in 2019! Our club serves the towns of Newfane, Brookline, Townshend, Jamaica and Wardsboro. First year membership is paid by the club.
All Clubs stand by the motto of "WE SERVE" our communities through supporting vision, environment, hunger and other specific club wide services. Our club also donates three $2,000.00 scholarships to Leland & Gray Graduates who will be attending higher educational schooling.
