This is a FREE empowerment through self defense seminar for ALL women. Whether you are looking for practical defense moves, are interested in getting into martial arts, or just want to try something new, this seminar is perfect for everyone.
Techniques based in Aiki Ju Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Please arrive 10min early to sign the waiver and get situated. Be sure to wear or bring comfy clothes that you can move in, and a water bottle.
