What better way to enjoy a beautiful summer night than to relax in your favorite Colchester Park and enjoy a movie? Join us on Friday, September 13 for Disney's animated "Aladdin" (1992), and bring an appetite as Taco Truck All Stars and Easy as Cake will both be joining us! The movie will start at dusk (around 7:30 PM) at Lower Bayside, with food for sale before and during the movie. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, and bug spray!

Disney's classic animated musical tells a tale set in the ancient city of Agrabah when street rat Aladdin frees a genie from a lamp, and finds his wishes granted. In order to hide the lamp from the Grand Vizier, Jafar, he disguises himself as a wealthy prince, and tries to impress the Sultan and his daughter. However, he soon finds that the evil Jafar has other plans for the lamp -- and for Princess Jasmine. But can Aladdin save Princess Jasmine and his love for her after she sees that he isn't quite what he appears to be? "Aladdin" was nominated for five Academy Awards, winning two for Best Original Score and Best Song "A Whole New World." "Aladdin" is rated G.

Free popcorn (courtesy of ACE Hardware) and water will also be handed out by members of the Colchester Lions Club.
