Come celebrate the return of Autumn with the next Nurture with Nature event: Fall Fruition! Nurture with Nature is a meditation & wellness series that has been occurring since the Spring of 2019, and takes place at the doorstep of each new season. Here we will learn what is happening in Mother Nature during Autumn, and how these beautiful lessons can be recognized and fulfilled in your life. Held on the threshold of the Vernal Equinox (officially 9/23, but we will gather 9/22), some of the themes for this season we will explore are:
* Gathering & Community
* Harvest, Abundance, & Gratitude
* Finding Balance (Equi) Between Light & Dark (Nox)
* Understanding the Ruling Earth & Air Elements
* Transition & Honoring
Some of the activities to look forward to, which are especially geared toward relaxation, tension relief, work on the subtle energy body (biofield), and self-reflection are:
* Gratitude and Service Exercise
* Pranayama (Deep, Yogic Breathing) Exercise
* Reiki on 3 Major Chakras
* Guided Meditation & Visualization
$20 holds your spot for this 90 minute evening of relaxation and restoration. **Please confirm your interest in advance** There are only 10 spots available! If you do plan to attend, please bring a bottle of water, something to lay on (a yoga mat or otherwise comfortable mat and/or pillow), and a cozy blanket. Writing materials will be made available.
