Introduction to Yoga for Men (5-week Series) with Adam Bluestein
This class is designed for anyone who identifies as male -- regardless of age, body type, or athletic ability -- to learn to work comfortably through a variety of foundational yoga postures, gaining flexibility, strength, and mental focus. This series is appropriate for someone with previous physical or athletic background - even if it's been a while.

Introduction to Pilates (5-Week Series) with Sharon McIlwaine
Pilates focuses on core strength, developing long, lean musculature and creating healthy postural patterns. We will learn the exercises individually, and then string them together into an enjoyable, flowing routine. This series is for those who have never done pilates as well as for those who want to refresh their understanding of the exercises.

Yoga for a Healthy Back with Zach Wilson PTA
This six-week program is designed for people with low back pain who wish to return to yoga practice or explore yoga as a method of managing their back pain. Learn basic lumbar spine anatomy, yoga principles and modification of poses that work best for your body.
