People and Bears : Learning to live with Changing Populations

We will be hosting a discussion at the Library about the changing nature of our bear and human populations; and how we can best get along, given our natural behaviors and activities. We will be giving special attention to the question of how to meet the mandatory composting requirement of Act 148 — the state's Universal Recycling Law — that will take effect next year.
