Plainfield- Fall Foliage Festival at the Plainfield Methodist Church, coffee at 9:00 am, lunch 11;30 am to 1:00 pm ($6.00), barbecued chicken, beans and mostaccioli supper at 5 and 6 pm ($14.00) with take outs available, tours at 10 am and 1:15 pm including Hope Cemetery, Granite Museum, Marshfield Weaving School, Blackthorne Forge, Winterwood Timber Frames, Martin Covered Bridge, Also, self-guided tours to the Granite Quarries and the statehouse.
