What:
Join herbalist Diana Baron, 485 Elm garden member, for a tour of common weeds, native plants, and cultivated herbs in the garden beds and the Back 40. We will learn about herbal actions, energetics, and preparation methods to make your own herbal remedies.

Event is outdoors and includes walking on uneven and possibly wet terrain.

Bio:
Diana is currently a clinical herbalist intern at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism. She values traditional energetics, modern phytochemistry, practicality, and accessibility in health care. She has a soft spot for "weeds," "invasives," and other underappreciated plants.
