Madge Rossinoff, a teacher in the Shambhala meditation tradition, will lead a guided meditation and speak on the "Wisdom of the Heart". Through meditation we can connect with our natural compassion and wisdom. This brings relief from the anxiety of not knowing who we are or where we belong.
