Lecture on the Crisis in Syria

UVM professor Greg Gause will speak about the Crisis in Syria and the New Middle East Cold War this Wednesday, March 26, at 7:00pm in Bentley 207. This event if free and the public is encouraged to come.

His talk will address the breakdown of authority in Syria and its connection to the wider crisis in the eastern Arab world. Professor Gause will also discuss how US policy is playing into regional dynamics.
