On September 20, three days before the UN Climate Summit in NYC, young people and adults will walk out of schools and workplaces to join the Global Climate Strike and demand transformative action be taken to address the climate crisis. Millions of people throughout the world will take to the streets to demand a right to a future, and we're inviting you to join us. Organized by the environmental justice group Earth Matters 350VT Manchester, we will gather at the Factory Point Town Green on Rt 11/30 Depot Street, Manchester Center, march, sing, chant, wave signs along Depot Street, then rally at the roundabout and Northshire Bookstore to hear speakers from our community.
