The Town of Milton will be holding a Planning Commission (PC) meeting on September 3, 2019 at 6pm in the Town's Planning and Zoning Office. As the last meeting was canceled, the PC will be discussing revisions to the town's zoning map (the previous meeting's agenda item). Under consideration during this meeting will be the consolidation of the Transitional Residential (R4) zoning district with the Agricultural/Rural Residential zoning district (R5) and rezoning approximately 11 acres of a parcel located at 225 North Road from the R5 district to the Old Towne Residential (R1) district. We will also be discussing allowing public art on unscreened utilities and allowing more professions to sign off on landscaping and lighting plans.
