In recent years Reiki has been recognized for a proven ability to reduce stress and is used in hospitals throughout Vermont to support patients in recovery from surgery and cancer treatments. It is lesser known as a gentle and empowering tool for self care, but this is Reiki's most important use. Level One Reiki is easy to learn and will be a resource to share with friends, family and pets throughout your entire life.

Dream Haven of Vermont cottage in Hyde Park will serve as our warm hearth and home base throughout this Level One Reiki Training weekend. Participants will engage in dynamic experiential learning of all aspects of Reiki One Certification while immersed in the brilliance of autumn in northern Vermont, including a camp fire at night and cooking over an open fire (as weather allows). Participants will leave this training with the skills to begin a personal Reiki practice and offer Reiki to friends, family and animals.

Participants can choose to either stay in the rustic shared accommodations of the cottage or commute to the weekend course.
