Pregnant and looking for a safe and effective exercise?
Please come join us at Otter Creek Yoga in Middlebury on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 to 4:15.
The series begins September 22nd and runs through October 27th.
Each class will begin with a chance to connect with other mothers and share about yourself. Prenatal classes are geared towards learning alignment tips to help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, working with your breath as a tool, learning labor/delivery positions, and focusing on safe deep body stretching for the whole body.
No yoga experience required.
Pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy are encouraged to join.
