MONKTON RD LANE CLOSING 8/28 - 8/29 NEAR MONKTON CENTRAL SCHOOL

From the Monkton Road Foreman:
We are going to be working on the culvert near MCS on Wednesday 8/28 and Thursday 8/29. We had hoped to get this done before school started but had a bit of a setback due to a medical emergency. The plan is to remove the blacktop on Wednesday and replace the culvert Thursday. The road will remain open but it will only be 1 lane. Both lanes will remain open Wednesday until well after school drop-off time in the morning.

The culvert location is between the Park-N-Ride entrance (the lower parking lot at MCS) and the Pond Road intersection, near the fire pond.
