Free Landlord Workshop; How to Purchase and Manage Residential Rentals. This workshop is taught by Greg Brown of Brown and Koelewijn Properties in association with the St. Johnsbury Economic Development Office, and the St Johnsbury Housing Committee (The St. Johnsbury Housing Committee is a community based group whose mission is to support economic growth by improving the over-all quality of residential and commercial properties in St. Johnsbury.). Topics include the preliminary and purchasing process, location and market research, health and safety concerns, qualifying prospects and the application process, leases and addendums, problem tenants and evictions. The workshop will be held at the United Community Church, 1325 Main St, St. Johnsbury. All are welcome.
