The museum of the Royalton Historical Society, located in the historic Town House on the Common in Royalton village, will be open on Sunday, August 25th from 1 – 4 PM. The Town House is the large white building with a bell cupola set back on the Town Common next to the old one-room school house and across Route 14 from the Royalton Academy Building and the First Congregational Church. Many people who visited the museum when it was open for Old Home Days asked if the museum would be open again. Since all the exhibits are up and ready to be seen it was felt the museum should open again for people who are curious about the history of Royalton.
