The Stark Mountain Foundation will be hosting the program "Owls and Their Calls" on Saturday, October 5th at 1:00 PM. This program is led by naturalists from the Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS) and includes live owls, as well as photos and the sounds of our local owls. Participants will learn about these nocturnal birds and have opportunities to touch artifacts and hands-on materials. This 45-minute program is appropriate for all ages, however, children must be accompanied by an adult. It is being held on the 3rd floor of the Base Box as part of the Green and Gold Weekend festivities at the Mad River Glen Ski Area.
Seating is limited, so please register in advance at https://www.starkmountain.org/news-events.
