Building Flourishing Communities (BFC) is hosting a free, fun, educational event at Jay Peak Resort, Friday September 13 (evening) and Saturday September 14.

Jeanine Fitzgerald, presenter, author and famed pioneer of creating environments built on respect and safety, will provide opening remarks Friday evening and several hours of training and inspiration on Saturday.

To encourage participation from all areas of our communities, the kickoff is entirely free of charge. Friday dinner, resort amenities, overnight accommodations, Saturday training, breakfast and lunch. Childcare is available on a limited basis, as is transportation to and from the resort. Space is limited.

Following the kickoff, participants are asked to commit to attending/coordinating/organizing at least 6 monthly community meetings to continue to learn and share the knowledge with other community members and those across the Kingdom. Grant funding will support this effort and additional training opportunities.
