Time for an authentic Texas BBQ this week from the New Creation Fellowship!
Texas brisket served with multiple sides to choose from: beans, potato salad, coleslaw, cowboy caviar, macaroni salad, and relishes. The beef is sourced from the USDA-inspected Allenville Farm in Chelsea.
As always, delicious deserts can be found throughout the market; from Lisa's amazing goat-milk gelato, to Randi's single serve pie slices (complete with fork to devour on the spot!), plus incredible donuts, cookies, cakes, brownies, maple sugar treats, and seasonal fruits.
Eat under the Red Tent, or out on the green, or take your supper home!
Music this week is by ROYALTON COMMUNITY RADIO with a thoughtfully curated playlist by Todd Tyson.
