Help get the WoodBank area ready for the coming heating season: We will be processing some logs into firewood, stacking wood, and reorganizing the work staging area (it's a bit of an eyesore now, and has encroached on the parking and snow plowing areas).

Work gloves, long pants and sturdy shoes suggested. Bring a water bottle if you will be there for long (I'll have a big jug full of water for refills). Donuts, cookies, or other munchies are welcome if anyone wants to bring some.

Stop by on your way to or from the Recycling Center to lend a hand. Get some exercise and work up an appetite before tying on the feed bag at the Monkton Community Day event that evening.

(Volunteers, please make sure you park ALL THE WAY OFF THE ROAD. This road is the sole means of access to several homes. We need to be respectful of their driveway.)
