Morning Movement is a new class taking place every Monday morning, 8:30am at the Valley Glow Yoga Studio (located above Sage, door is around the corner to the right of the restaurant front door). We will wake our bodies up by taking them through a full range of movement, foam rolling, and postural work. Suitable for all levels, and a great way to start any day!
