Join Green Mountain Girls Farm for a delightful & tasty afternoon as part of our 10th anniversary celebration.
Rejoice in the opportunity to not only tour but to sample and pick your own herbs and edible flowers which we will bring from field to buffet table, where abundant seasonal salads dishes will celebrate how various herbs are cornerstones or enhance seasonal dishes, reminding and catalyzing us to look anew at the possibilities of Vermont's seasonal bounty.

This farm sampling tour and lunch are a joint effort between Green Mountain Girls Farm and Casa Papaya owners Lee Duberman & Richard Fink, who owned Ariel's Restaurant in Brookfield for over 15 years. A great, but limited opportunity to enjoy Lee's amazing cooking here in Vermont. Chef Lee Duberman and Richard Fink will prepare a farm fresh (hyper-local) lunch with the farm's bounty, including Richard's signature fruit-ades and fruit & herb infused spritzers.

Lee is not only sharing her culinary talents, but also will be on hand to talk about great ways to incorporate Vermont's herbs into salads, dressings, sauces and meals. Likewise Richard will offer tips on making fruit and herb syrups and festive local drinks.
