Dummerston Cares (dummerstoncares.org) is sponsoring this 10 week session of beginner level T'ai Chi classes led by John Hury beginning September 9, 2019. This class is an hour and a half long.  It requires some physical stamina and has a number of forms or movements.  With practice, it can help improve balance and energy. The class may continue beyond the 10 sessions if there is interest. 

This series free to Dummerston residents although contributions are welcome.  Non-residents who accompany a resident can participate for $25.

Classes are held at the Dummerston Grange Hall.
