Sheldon Museum Presents...

"When Do Natural Landscapes Evoke Architectural Forms?"

Peter Vanderwarker, a professional landscape and cityscape photographer headquartered in Boston, will present a talk entitled "When Do Natural Landscapes Evoke Architectural Forms?" He will discuss the profession of landscape photography and his award-winning career. Peter's photographs of the Currier Farm in Danby are included in the Dan Kiley exhibit on view at the Sheldon Museum.

Peter Vanderwarker has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of California, Berkeley and was a Loeb Fellow at Harvard University in 1997. His work has been supported by grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Graham Foundation. His photographs are in the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Addison Gallery of American Art, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. He work is represented by NAGA Gallery, Boston.

$5 for general public, free for members of Sheldon Museum and Vermont Association of Landscape Architects. The talk takes place in the Middlebury Town Offices.
