Bernie Sanders just released a plan for criminal justice reform, including legalizing marijuana at the federal level. Debbie Ingram has worked on criminal justice reform in Vermont, both as director of Vermont Interfaith Action and as a state senator. She'll help us understand the Sanders plan and compare it to efforts here in Vermont.
