*Sneak out from work early, grab the kids, and come enjoy music, food, and merriment at the launch party for Flying Pig co-owner Elizabeth's Bluemle's new book, TAP TAP BOOM BOOM. Illustrated by G. Brian Karas, this rhyming, rhythmic picture book shows how an unexpected thunderstorm in a city brings people together in all kinds of wonderful ways. *
*The book is a celebration of community even more than it is about the book, so we would love to see your familiar, smiling faces **at ArtsRiot on Pine Street in Burlington. The kid-friendly party runs from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. There will be live music, food, beverages, a cash bar for adults, and surprise performances by members of the Flying Pig staff and beyond. Oh, yes, and the big reveal of TAP TAP BOOM BOOM.*
