Meet Your Feet! is a workshop offered as an introduction to and celebration of your feet! Our feet are our connection to the earth and the grounding foundation on which our body is held. That's a big job! Together we will learn about our feet through the lens of anatomy, self-massage, gentle movement, and more. All ages welcome. Please dress comfortably!
