Join us for a free, six-week class hosted by UVM Extension and North Central Vermont Recovery Center. Not only are these workshops free. There are great incentives each week and a special one at the end if you participate in all six workshops! And if you can't make a week, we can figure out a way for you to receive a home visit or make it up.

This fun, hands-on class will inspire you to make healthy choices for you and your family on a budget. Lessons will include how to grow your own food, save money, and prepare healthier meals!
