All are welcome at Helen Day Art Center on August 24th to experience woodblock carving in this fantastic workshop designed to help carvers prepare for the Steamroller Event held at Sushi Yoshi on September 14th! Experienced instructor and carver, Noah Lagle, will be on hand to help you for your first carving ever or to hone your carving skills. All ages welcome, 10 and under accompanied by adult.

Woodblocks, hand tools, power tools and more will be included in the workshop. If you're ambitious with a larger format, you're welcome to bring your own instead! Then, on September 14th, you can bring your block to Sushi Yoshi and make ink prints with a Steamroller provided by Walker Construction...it's an amazing community event you won't want to miss!

$140 for HDAC members, $165 for non-members
Price includes carving materials, instruction, tool usage, and admission to Steamroller on 9/14 with 3 prints!
