The Wellness Weekend is a 48hr all-inclusive sleep-away camp for adults. It is sleep-away camp with a grown up twist!
Bringing the Spa Retreat concept back to basics and providing all that you are offered at the Spa, but in an affordable way. You can enjoy all the classic camp activities during the day and late night fun around the camp-fire, as well as a mix of fitness, massages, and other expert talks that you can participate in.

From September 13-15, at Camp Wingate in the Laurentian Mountains, just outside of Montreal, Quebec (3.5 Hrs from Stowe, VT)
CAMP FACILITIES: Enjoy the private lake, canoes, kayaks, sailboats, 6 tennis courts, rock-climbing walls, basketball court, baseball and soccer fields... access is included in your stay.

PARTICIPATE: What says wellness to you? Choose from high-energy activities like bootcamp or kickboxing, or restorative moments like meditation and yoga, all led by top-tier instructors.

Or simply take a nap, read a novel, book a massage. Yep, massage (extra fee).

EAT: Expect delicious food. Our chef will make all meals fresh on site. Granola and oatmeal buffet breakfasts with fresh fruit bar; family style platters and salad bar lunches; outdoor BBQ and tons of sides for dinner. Lots of vegetarian options; any meat is grass-fed and free range. Wine included Sat night or BYO.

LATE NIGHT: campfires, sing-alongs, s'mores, surprises.
