Thank you to all that reached out for my last posting! I spoke to my local connection and we were able to find a day that worked for both our schedules. In order to make sure there is a following I will be offering a 5-6 week series in town. Once we have figured out who is interested we may be able to change days towards the end of September!

Location: long trail physical therapy in Milton (begins the restore)
Time: 6:15-7:15pm on Monday
Start Date; August 19th
Price: $10 per class or 6 classes for $50
