Restorative Community Justice of Southern Vermont (RCJSV) is a community-based and volunteer-powered nonprofit serving the West River Valley and southeastern Vermont. We host monthly trainings that are FREE to anyone in the community about the use of restorative practices, including: restorative circles, mediation, conflict resolution, and nonviolent communication. This training is co-facilitated by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practitioner, Laurie Rabut, and RCJSV Director, Dan DeWalt. Participants will explore the application of NVC techniques to circle processes. We will gain experience through role playing, discussion, and skills-practice in small groups.
