We are at a critical time for the future of our American democracy and the soul of our nation. What can you do, while enjoying wonderful music and the company of good friends in our community of neighbors in a beautiful and scenic setting?

Come to a Blue Wave Concert to Save Our Democracy! Hosted by Indivisible Calais, this event will feature:
- Bella and The Notables, Jazz Standards with a Soulful Twist
- Cowboys and Angels, Original Music from the Modern Day Johnny & June

On Sunday, August 18, the lovely grounds of Richard Maizell and Iris Wechling's home on West County Road in Calais will open at 4:00 pm to walk the grassy trails, experience the labyrinth, play croquet, and enjoy the fire pit. Bring your own picnic to enjoy on the front or back lawn. Music begins at 5:00 pm.

Light refreshments will be served; BYOB. Carpooling is requested.

While this event is generously sponsored by Marilyn & Larry Bush and Susan Ritz, please bring your credit card or checkbook, as proceeds will help support our Sister District candidates flip Virginia 'blue' and combat Republican gerrymandering.

Go to IndivisibleCalais.org for directions. We look forward to seeing you there!
