The City of Barre is hosting a community picnic and the public is invited. Thursday, August 22nd at Currier Park in Barre, 5pm. Hosted by: Barre City Police Department; Barre City Fire & EMS; Barre City Department of Buildings and Community Service, and Recreation Department; and the Barre City Public Works Department. This is a time for folks to get together, meet your neighbors and others in the community. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be on the grill, along with chips and water. No charge for admittance. There will also be various vehicles to view: Police cars, Fire/EMS, Public Safety, and a couple Thunder Road race cars! Join us for this fun event!
