VERMONT CLIMATE COALITION POTLUCK & MEETING
Join Extinction Rebellion Vermont, 350Vermont, and other organizations for a Climate Coalition potluck and meeting on Sunday, August 11th!

WHY: Find opportunities to unite, build the climate movement, and work together on the global days of action this fall.

WHAT: This Vermont Climate Coalition meeting will gather individuals and organizations together who are planning on or would like to participate in direct climate actions this fall. All are welcome and encouraged to give updates on what their group is planning or to join forces with other groups planning direct actions in September and October. This meeting will be specifically for coordinating our actions, while there will be other meetings in the future for broader strategies to tackle climate change and its impacts.

WHEN: Sunday, August 11th, 1-4:30pm
Potluck 1:00 - 2:00
Assembly 2:00 - 4:30

WHERE: Old Shelter at Hubbard Park, Montpelier, VT

WHO: People from all organizations, community groups, affinity groups, school clubs, labor unions, crews of people, and individuals looking to plug in - ALL ARE WELCOME.

*Bring your ideas and enthusiasm!

CONCERNED ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE & NOT SURE WHAT TO DO?
Confused about what the science actually says? Join us for a presentation on the current science and learn about possible actions we can take. Presented by Extinction Rebellion Champlain Valley.
