The Cabot Ag group has taken the initiative to get kids and parents together to see how and where we can stimulate a renewed enthusiasm for farming, and crafts and homesteading skills. 4H UVM Educator Michael Wilson is coming back to Cabot after an initial introductory meeting a few weeks ago, to talk about the way 4H programs are organized and how we can do that in Cabot or embark on our own path. Learn how to grow vegetables, rice, or beans, can, bake, woodwork, computer skills, fishing, or any interest we can find a mentor for. Anyone interested to share their knowledge, skill, or craft with our younger generation is encouraged to attend.
