Jim Cunningham of JRC Knife Sharpening will be at the Old Brick Store this coming Sunday from 11-2 to get your favorite knives back to their sharpest, making you look like the professional prep-cook that you may or may not be.

You may remember Jim from now-closed Chef Contos' Kitchen Store in Shelburne. He's very knowledgeable about knives and does excellent work, sharpening both non-serrated ($5/knife) and serrated ($6/knife). Feel free to drop yours off early if you can't make it in on Sunday - they'll be ready for you upon your next stop in (cash or check only at time of drop-off).
