Next Tuesday from 6:00 to 9:00 I will be giving my 14th annual raw and living food demonstration called the "Un-Cooking Class" at the Verilux Lunchroom located at 340 Mad River Park in Waitsfield - the wood clad building with green trim at the soccer fields.

This is not a class about changing everything you currently eat. Not at all. This is about learning a few very easy meals and healthy routines to help transform your family's health and if desired, body weight. If you have experience with nutrition - this is your opportunity to share it with the community. New information on gut health and the microbiome will sure to be a hot topic.

Adults are $40 but kids can come for $5 which includes a guidebook and samples of a couple of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinner and of course a raw (living food) dessert. Kids love this food!
