Dinner will include tapenade & cheeses, tourtiere (meat pie) and vegetable quiches,le riz au gras (a West African chicken & rice dish, green salad, and lentil salad. The meal also includes profiteroles, coffee, and tea. Entertainment will include French music & songs, Congolese dance, songs with djembe & guitar accompaniment, French-Canadian dance tunes, ending with some dancing for all.
