We are delighted to invite you to another Book Giveaway and Story Event at Castleton Free Library, sponsored by the Children's Literacy Foundation This free event, open to children of all ages, will be held on Wednesday, August 7th at 3:30 on the library lawn, 638 Main Street, Castleton. If weather is uncooperative, the program will be held indoors in the children's room (ground floor/north entrance). After the storytelling presentation, each participating child will choose two new books to keep!

CLiF serves communities across Vermont and New Hampshire with grant programs to support children's literacy. A core CLiF philosophy is that children become engaged with books that they choose themselves - thus the foundation dedicates their efforts to acquiring and giving away new books of all genres and reading levels to inspire young readers.
