Antarctica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands

You are invited to the Castleton Free Library on Wednesday, August 7th at 7:00 to vicariously "cool off" and hear all about Joyce and Larry Space's amazing trip!

While traveling ten months in a camper in South America, Joyce and Larry took an 18 day cruise to Antarctica via the Falkland Islands and South Georgia. They "hobnobbed" with the penguins and seals, saw former whaling stations, shared the sea with whales and albatross, and learned about the early explorers who risked their lives to discover this unknown territory.
