Caoimhín Ó Fearghail is a multi-instrumentalist and singer who comes from the Irish-speaking area of An Rinn in in west Waterford, Ireland. A noted singer, he is also accomplished on flute, guitar, tin whistle, and uilleann pipes. His recent recording, "Flute and Fiddle" with Paddy Tutty, is one of the most admired and talked about Irish traditional albums in the last year. Featured on many recordings, he has toured with the supergroup Danú, and was the 2012 recipient of the TG4 Young Musician of the Year award in Ireland.
Boston-based artist, Christine Delphine Hedden, draws upon many wells: traditional, classical and contemporary. She is a composer, a fiddle player and violist, a percussive dancer, and a storyteller in word and song. Hailing from the highlands of western Connecticut, Christine grew up playing New England folk music and fell in love with Irish traditional music along the way. Now, her work seeks to bring her diverse musical communities to a place of appreciation and awe for one another.
