Explore the eternal wonder of the sky to discover the wisdom of the stars at the Manchester Community Library. Astrologer Cathy Walker will delve into the origins of astrology and its history, through to its current use. Participants will learn the fundamental method of reading an astrological birth chart. We'll practice the basic techniques of interpretation and consider the ethics and art of astrological practice. Participants will leave with handouts and resources that will enable them to develop their own fluency with the astrological language.

Cathy Walker has been a student and practitioner of astrology for 34 years, with a focus on
Evolutionary Astrology, a system that uses the birth chart as a guide for personal growth and development. She has studied with Steven Forrest, and other leading astrologers and has counseled and supported hundreds of astrological clients in her practice.
