There will be a dance on March 22, 2014 7:00 in the Randolph Union High School Gym performed by the 22 member RUHS Jazz band with Special Guests "The Limes" from Cabot High School. The concert featuring Rock, Soul, Funk and Rhythm and Blues will benefit the Private Music Lesson scholarship fund at RUHS which provides financial support for private lessons for students who would not otherwise be able to afford private lessons.

The Limes are a 23-piece original alt-pop funk orchestra has redefined the concept of school band. Under the direction of Vermont musician, composer and award winning educator Brian Boyes, The Limes cover music styles from alternative rock to old jazz standards including many original pieces collectively composed by the ensemble. Infused with minimalist mallet percussion, jazz-inspired horn lines and post-rock guitar orchestrations, The Limes boast a six-person front line of singers including 14 year-old Henry Burke of Fenway Park fame.
