- Brief overview by VTel representative - location, facility, Public Service Board review
- Discussion regarding Planning Commission participation in PSB review

3. Stormwater regulation revisions (cont'd from 2/12/14 meeting)
- Review revised draft and engineer's follow up suggestions on dovetailing with State stormwater permit standards
- Discuss further work needed
- Ponder the possibility (and schedule) for a public hearing on proposed regulations

4. Energy efficiency zoning revision proposal (section 5.23.2 #1)

- Discuss and decide language for two remaining issues
