If you weren't able to join us at our July class, you're in luck! We're holding Round 2 of Kitty Yoga on Saturday, August 17 from 11:00am-12:00 pm at Middlebury Fitness, 175 Wilson Road, Middlebury, VT. Join us for a one-hour gentle yoga class with some fun variations. You'll be with Instructor Fred Putnam Jr. and a bunch of adorable adoptable kitties from Homeward Bound! This is a real blast class! A $20 donation is requested and there are only 16 spots available. 100% of the class proceeds go to the shelter.
