It's time for the 24th annual Norman's Attic town-wide tag sale and festival in Arlington. The focus is in front of St.
James' Episcopal Church on Rt. 7A, across from the town offices, where vendors will be selling their crafts, art and antiques while the church will be offering its famous grilled luncheon as well as home-baked goodies, a wide selection of gently used jewelry, kitchen wares and other items, and a basket raffle. The Cross Over Cloggers will put on a show during the lunch hour, and the historic church and graveyard will be open for informal tours all day. All proceeds go to support the work of St. James'--Vermont's first Episcopal Church, founded more than 250 years ago.
Maps showing private tag sales being held on Saturday throughout Arlington, Sandgate and Sunderland are available at the Arlington Town Hall, the Martha Canfield Library, and at the St. James' Church Office. Visit the website at www.stjamesarlingtonvt.org for information, or call 802-375-9952. (Rain date is Sunday, the 4th, from noon until 5 p.m.).
