The NEK Council on Aging is hosting a free workshop to assist older Vermonters with advanced planning needs. These include simple last will and testament, advance directive for health care, durable power of attorney, and long term Medicaid planning.

The workshop is all day, Friday, September 20th at the NEK Council on Aging Newport office, Derby Time Square, 5452 US Route 5, Newport, VT. Call to schedule an appointment (800) 889-2047. Walk-ins will receive information and advice only. Physical documentation generation requires an appointment.
