Concert in the Park – August 1st, 2019, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM

On this Thursday, and every consecutive Thursday through August 15th, the Rotary Club of Waterbury presents FREE musical concerts at the Rusty Parker Memorial Park in Downtown Waterbury.

On Thursday, August 1st , 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm "Still Kickin" will perform Country Rock, Southern Rock, Blues, Oldies, Classic Country, Motown, and Rock & Roll. Come join the hundreds of family and friends that will be bringing their lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic supper or purchase your supper from a variety of vendors on site. As usual, there will be free ice cream while it lasts. So…come early and shop from the numerous booths set up by the Waterbury Farmer's Market and plan to have your picnic dinner in the park. See you there and pick up a full schedule of this year's musical performers. Next Thursday, August 8th " BAND X" will perform on stage and on August 15th "Prydein" will take the stage and perform American Celtic rock on during the last concert of this 2019 season.

If there is the need to cancel the concert due to bad weather, a cancellation notice will aired in the afternoon on WDEV-Radio 550.
